Using a rolling pin, gently flatten each bread slice evenly to help the rollups remain sealed and develop a crisp outer layer.

Evenly distribute mozzarella and cheddar cheese along the bottom third of each flattened bread slice. Roll tightly from the cheese side up, sealing the edge with a dab of melted butter if necessary.

In a small bowl, combine melted butter, minced garlic, garlic powder, parsley, and salt. Stir thoroughly to infuse the butter with the garlic and herbs.

Place rollups seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet. Generously brush each with the garlic butter mixture. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes or until the exterior appears golden brown and crisp. Alternatively, air fry at 360°F (180°C) for 8 to 10 minutes, flipping halfway through.
