# Ingredients:

01 - 8 slices white or whole wheat sandwich bread, crusts removed
02 - 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
03 - 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
04 - 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese (optional)

05 - 4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
06 - 2 cloves garlic, minced
07 - 1/2 tsp garlic powder
08 - 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley or 1 tsp dried parsley
09 - 1/4 tsp salt

→ Optional Dipping Sauces

10 - Marinara sauce
11 - Garlic herb sauce
12 - Ranch dressing
13 - Spicy ketchup

# Instructions:

01 - Heat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.
02 - Using a rolling pin, gently flatten each bread slice evenly to help the rollups remain sealed and develop a crisp outer layer.
03 - Evenly distribute mozzarella and cheddar cheese along the bottom third of each flattened bread slice. Roll tightly from the cheese side up, sealing the edge with a dab of melted butter if necessary.
04 - In a small bowl, combine melted butter, minced garlic, garlic powder, parsley, and salt. Stir thoroughly to infuse the butter with the garlic and herbs.
05 - Place rollups seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet. Generously brush each with the garlic butter mixture. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes or until the exterior appears golden brown and crisp. Alternatively, air fry at 360°F (180°C) for 8 to 10 minutes, flipping halfway through.
06 - Allow the rollups to cool for about one minute before serving warm alongside your preferred dipping sauces.
