Cherry Smoothie Yogurt Banana (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 360 ml cherry juice, cran-cherry juice, apple juice, or white grape juice
02 - 1 medium banana, halved
03 - 210 g frozen dark sweet cherries
04 - 180 g vanilla Greek yogurt
05 - Fresh cherries and mint sprigs, for garnish (optional)

# Instructions:

01 - Add cherry juice, banana, frozen cherries, and vanilla Greek yogurt to a blender.
02 - Blend mixture on high speed until completely smooth and creamy.
03 - Pour into two glasses. Garnish with fresh cherries and mint sprigs if desired. Serve immediately.

# Notes:

01 - For a thicker smoothie, use a frozen banana or add a handful of ice before blending.
