09 - 1 tbsp olive oil
10 - 1 cup beef broth
11 - 1 tsp paprika
12 - Salt and pepper to taste

# Instructions:

01 - Prepare bowtie pasta following package instructions until al dente, then drain and set aside.
02 - Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook diced onion until translucent, then add minced garlic and cook until fragrant.
03 - Add ground beef to skillet, breaking it apart. Cook until browned, then drain any excess fat.
04 - Pour beef broth into skillet and bring to a simmer. Stir in heavy cream, cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese, and paprika.
05 - Continuously stir until cheeses are melted and sauce has thickened.
06 - Add cooked bowtie pasta to the skillet and gently stir until pasta is evenly coated with the sauce.
07 - Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley if desired.

# Notes:

01 - Use freshly grated cheese for optimal melting. Avoid overcooking pasta to maintain al dente texture. Adjust salt cautiously due to Parmesan and broth salt content. Optional additions include steamed vegetables for added nutrition or red pepper flakes for heat.
