Combine whipped cream cheese and condensed cream of chicken soup in a large mixing bowl. Beat with an electric mixer until smooth.

Reserve 1/4 cup of chopped green onions. Add the remaining chopped green onions, shredded chicken, drained corn, 2 cups shredded Mexican cheese blend, salt, pepper, and garlic powder to the bowl. Stir until evenly combined.

Spread the mixture into a greased 33 x 23 cm baking dish, distributing evenly.

Top with crumbled Doritos, followed by the remaining 1 cup shredded Mexican cheese blend and reserved 1/4 cup chopped green onions.
