Easy Cheesy Garlic Chicken (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 cups cooked diced chicken breast

02 - 4 cloves minced garlic
03 - 1 tablespoon olive oil
04 - 1 tablespoon butter

05 - 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
06 - 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

07 - 4 medium flour tortillas

08 - 1 tablespoon chopped parsley (optional)
09 - Salt and black pepper to taste

# Instructions:

01 - If chicken is not cooked, season lightly with salt and black pepper, then bake, sauté, or grill until fully cooked. Dice into small, bite-sized pieces and set aside.
02 - Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until golden and fragrant, about 30 seconds to 1 minute. Add diced chicken and toss to coat with garlic-infused oil.
03 - Remove pan from heat and immediately stir in shredded mozzarella and cheddar cheese, mixing well while chicken is still warm to melt the cheese slightly.
04 - Place a tortilla flat and spoon a generous portion of the cheesy garlic chicken mixture into the center. Fold in the sides and roll tightly into a burrito shape.
05 - Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat. Place wraps seam-side down and press gently. Cook each side for 2 to 3 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
06 - Remove wraps from skillet and let rest for 1 to 2 minutes before slicing. Optionally, sprinkle chopped parsley on top and serve warm.
