Garlic Parmesan Chicken Loaf (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Meatloaf

01 - 1 lb ground chicken
02 - 1/2 cup breadcrumbs (gluten-free optional)
03 - 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
04 - 1/2 cup finely chopped onion
05 - 3 cloves garlic, minced
06 - 1/4 cup milk (or almond milk for dairy-free)
07 - 2 large eggs
08 - 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
09 - Salt to taste
10 - Black pepper to taste

→ Glaze

11 - 1/4 cup ketchup (sugar-free alternative optional)
12 - 2 tablespoons brown sugar (or sugar substitute)
13 - 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) to ensure even cooking.
02 - In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, onion, garlic, milk, eggs, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix gently with hands or spatula until fully incorporated.
03 - Transfer mixture to a lightly greased loaf pan or form a loaf shape on a lined baking sheet, shaping snugly without compacting too tightly.
04 - In a small bowl, whisk together ketchup, brown sugar (or substitute), and Worcestershire sauce until smooth.
05 - Evenly spread the prepared glaze over the top of the meatloaf for a caramelized finish during baking.
06 - Bake in the preheated oven for 45 to 50 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
07 - Let the meatloaf rest for 10 minutes after baking to allow juices to redistribute before slicing.

# Notes:

01 - Mix the ingredients gently to maintain a tender texture and avoid a dense meatloaf.
