# Ingredients:

01 - 2 tablespoons melted butter
02 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
03 - 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
04 - 1 can (8 ounces) refrigerated biscuit dough
05 - 3/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
06 - 1/2 cup mini pepperoni slices

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 375°F or preheat air fryer to 350°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - Mix melted butter, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning in a small bowl. Set aside for brushing.
03 - Open biscuit dough and separate individual biscuits. Press each piece flat with your fingers to form rounds.
04 - Add a portion of mozzarella and several mini pepperoni slices to the center of each dough round.
05 - Pinch edges thoroughly to enclose fillings, then gently roll each piece into a ball.
06 - Arrange filled dough balls seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet. Brush tops with seasoned butter. Bake for 12–15 minutes or air fry for approximately 8 minutes, until golden brown.
07 - Allow to cool briefly before serving. Offer with preferred dipping sauce such as marinara or ranch.

# Notes:

01 - Seal the dough securely to prevent fillings from leaking during baking.
