Preheat oven to 375°F or preheat air fryer to 350°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Mix melted butter, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning in a small bowl. Set aside for brushing.

Open biscuit dough and separate individual biscuits. Press each piece flat with your fingers to form rounds.

Add a portion of mozzarella and several mini pepperoni slices to the center of each dough round.

Pinch edges thoroughly to enclose fillings, then gently roll each piece into a ball.

Arrange filled dough balls seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet. Brush tops with seasoned butter. Bake for 12–15 minutes or air fry for approximately 8 minutes, until golden brown.

Allow to cool briefly before serving. Offer with preferred dipping sauce such as marinara or ranch.
