Grilled Peanut Butter Banana Sandwich (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 4 slices thick white bread
02 - 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
03 - 4 tablespoons smooth peanut butter
04 - 1 ripe banana, thinly sliced

# Instructions:

01 - Spread a thin, even layer of mayonnaise on one side of each bread slice.
02 - Spread smooth peanut butter across the opposite side of each bread slice.
03 - Arrange banana slices over the peanut butter on two of the slices.
04 - Top each banana and peanut butter slice with a second slice of bread, peanut butter side facing the banana and mayonnaise side facing outward.
05 - Place the sandwiches mayonnaise-side down on a heated griddle or frying pan over medium-high heat. Cook for 2 minutes, or until golden brown. Flip and cook for an additional 2 minutes, ensuring the bread is crisp and peanut butter is warmed.
