Lemon Dill Salmon Pasta (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Pasta

01 - 8 oz spaghetti or fettuccine

→ Seafood

02 - 2 skinless salmon fillets, 6 oz each

→ Aromatics and Seasoning

03 - 2 cloves garlic, minced
04 - 2 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
05 - 2 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
06 - 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
07 - Salt to taste
08 - Black pepper to taste

# Instructions:

01 - Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add spaghetti or fettuccine and cook until al dente, approximately 8–10 minutes. Drain and set aside.
02 - Season both sides of salmon fillets with salt and black pepper. Heat extra virgin olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Place the salmon fillets in the skillet and cook for 4–5 minutes per side, or until salmon is cooked through and flakes easily. Remove salmon from skillet and set aside.
03 - In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until aromatic but not browned.
04 - Return the cooked pasta to the skillet. Add freshly squeezed lemon juice and chopped dill. Gently toss to combine. Break cooked salmon into large flakes and fold into pasta mixture.
05 - Taste and adjust seasoning with additional salt or pepper as needed. Serve immediately, garnished with extra dill if desired.

# Notes:

01 - For optimal flavor, use freshly chopped dill and squeeze lemon juice just before adding to the pasta.
02 - Reserve a small amount of pasta cooking water to loosen the mixture if necessary.
