# Ingredients:

→ Main

01 - 450 g ground beef
02 - 240 ml pizza sauce
03 - 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
04 - 6 burger buns, halved
05 - 170 g shredded sharp cheddar cheese

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat the oven to 175°C.
02 - In a skillet over medium-high heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat.
03 - Stir Italian seasoning into the beef, then pour in the pizza sauce. Simmer for several minutes until the mixture thickens slightly.
04 - Arrange burger bun halves, cut side up, on a baking sheet.
05 - Spread an even layer of the beef mixture onto each bun half. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over the top.
06 - Bake for 12 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
07 - Add the top bun, allow to cool for a few minutes, then serve warm.

# Notes:

01 - For a more traditional pizza flavour, substitute mozzarella for cheddar cheese.
02 - Enhance with additional toppings such as pepperoni slices, olives, or sautéed vegetables.
03 - Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container for up to 3 days. Reheat in the oven to retain texture.
