In a small saucepan, combine granulated sugar and water. Bring to a simmer, stirring until the sugar is fully dissolved. Remove from heat and set aside to cool completely.

In a blender, combine frozen peaches and the cooled simple syrup. Blend until smooth.

With the blender running, slowly add in the sauvignon blanc. Blend until smooth and fully combined.

Pour the mixture into glasses and garnish with fresh peach slices. Serve immediately.
