Peach White Wine Slushies (Print Version)

01 - 1 (16 oz) bag frozen peaches or fresh peaches, frozen
02 - 1 bottle chilled sauvignon blanc
03 - 1/2 cup granulated sugar
04 - 1/2 cup water
05 - 1 fresh peach, cut into wedges for garnish

# Instructions:

01 - In a small saucepan, combine granulated sugar and water. Bring to a simmer, stirring until the sugar is fully dissolved. Remove from heat and set aside to cool completely.
02 - In a blender, combine frozen peaches and the cooled simple syrup. Blend until smooth.
03 - With the blender running, slowly add in the sauvignon blanc. Blend until smooth and fully combined.
04 - Pour the mixture into glasses and garnish with fresh peach slices. Serve immediately.

# Notes:

01 - For a more flavorful cocktail, chop fresh peaches and freeze them in a ziplock bag. While frozen fruit may lack strong flavor, use fresh seasonal produce when possible.
