Strawberry Colada Smoothie (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 225 g fresh strawberries, chilled and hulled
02 - 1 ripe banana, peeled and frozen
03 - 210 g frozen pineapple

→ Dairy & Liquids

04 - 150 g coconut Greek yogurt
05 - 300–360 ml unsweetened coconut milk beverage

# Instructions:

01 - Pulse fresh strawberries in a food processor until fully smooth.
02 - In a blender, add frozen banana, frozen pineapple, coconut Greek yogurt, and 300 ml of coconut milk. Blend until homogeneous. Add an extra 60 ml coconut milk if mixture is too thick.
03 - Fill each glass one-third full with the blended pineapple mixture. Spoon a layer of strawberry puree on top and swirl gently with a butter knife.
04 - Repeat with additional layers of pineapple mixture and strawberry puree until glasses are filled, finishing with strawberry puree.
05 - Enjoy immediately for best flavor and consistency. For a quicker option, blend all ingredients together for a uniform smoothie.
