Pulse fresh strawberries in a food processor until fully smooth.

In a blender, add frozen banana, frozen pineapple, coconut Greek yogurt, and 300 ml of coconut milk. Blend until homogeneous. Add an extra 60 ml coconut milk if mixture is too thick.

Fill each glass one-third full with the blended pineapple mixture. Spoon a layer of strawberry puree on top and swirl gently with a butter knife.
