Place cubed watermelon in a blender or food processor and blend until smooth. Strain through a fine mesh strainer to remove solids.

Pour the strained watermelon juice into a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Add 30 ml lime juice and agave nectar. Cover and shake vigorously until well chilled.

Pour a little lime juice onto a small saucer. On a separate plate, mix coarse salt with Tajin. Dip the rim of a rocks glass in lime juice, then into the salt-Tajin mixture to coat.

Fill the prepared glass with fresh ice. Strain the watermelon mixture into the glass. Garnish with a small watermelon wedge and a lime wheel.
