Combine cream cheese, grated cheese, green onion, garlic powder, salt, and sriracha (if using) in a mixing bowl. Mix thoroughly until smooth using a spoon, hand mixer, or stand mixer.

Slice off the tops of the mini peppers and halve them lengthwise. Remove seeds from each pepper.

Drizzle avocado oil over the prepared pepper halves and toss to ensure even coating.

Stuff each pepper half generously with the cream cheese mixture.

Arrange a single layer of filled peppers in the air fryer basket. Set to Bake at 360°F (182°C) for 8 minutes. Repeat this process with the remaining peppers.

Carefully remove cooked peppers from the air fryer and transfer to a serving plate. Serve immediately while warm.
