Air Fryer Cream Cheese Stuffed Mini Peppers (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Filling

01 - 1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened at room temperature
02 - 2/3 cup grated mozzarella cheese or cheddar cheese
03 - 2 stalks green onion, finely chopped
04 - 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
05 - 1/2 teaspoon salt
06 - 1 teaspoon sriracha (optional)

→ Peppers

07 - 1 bag mini sweet peppers (14 peppers), halved lengthwise and seeded
08 - 2 teaspoons avocado oil

# Instructions:

01 - Combine cream cheese, grated cheese, green onion, garlic powder, salt, and sriracha (if using) in a mixing bowl. Mix thoroughly until smooth using a spoon, hand mixer, or stand mixer.
02 - Slice off the tops of the mini peppers and halve them lengthwise. Remove seeds from each pepper.
03 - Drizzle avocado oil over the prepared pepper halves and toss to ensure even coating.
04 - Stuff each pepper half generously with the cream cheese mixture.
05 - Arrange a single layer of filled peppers in the air fryer basket. Set to Bake at 360°F (182°C) for 8 minutes. Repeat this process with the remaining peppers.
06 - Carefully remove cooked peppers from the air fryer and transfer to a serving plate. Serve immediately while warm.
