# Ingredients:

→ Base

01 - 6 slices bread, cut into cubes

→ Egg Mixture

02 - 3 large eggs
03 - 60 ml (1/4 cup) milk
04 - 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
05 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
06 - 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
07 - 55 g (1/4 cup) brown sugar

# Instructions:

01 - In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, brown sugar, milk, ground cinnamon, vanilla extract, and kosher salt until well combined.
02 - Add bread cubes to the bowl. Toss until each piece is thoroughly coated with the egg mixture and no dry spots remain.
03 - Lightly coat the air fryer rack with non-stick spray. Arrange coated bread cubes in a single layer in the basket, leaving space between pieces.
04 - Air fry at 175°C (350°F) for 8–10 minutes until golden brown, shaking the basket halfway through to ensure even crispness.
05 - Transfer French toast bites to a plate and serve immediately with favorite toppings.

# Notes:

01 - Use slightly stale bread for best texture, as it absorbs the egg mixture without becoming soggy.
02 - To achieve the best results, avoid overcrowding the air fryer basket and cook in batches if necessary.
