Air Fryer Potato Wedges (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Potato Wedges

01 - 4 medium russet potatoes
02 - 2 tablespoons olive oil
03 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
04 - 1 teaspoon salt
05 - 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper

# Instructions:

01 - Rinse potatoes under cold running water and dry thoroughly with paper towels. Cut each potato lengthwise into evenly sized wedges and pat them dry.
02 - Place potato wedges in a large mixing bowl. Add garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Toss well to distribute seasonings evenly. Drizzle in olive oil and toss again until all wedges are coated.
03 - Set the air fryer to 400°F (204°C) and preheat for 3 to 5 minutes.
04 - Arrange the seasoned potato wedges in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Air fry at 400°F (204°C) for 15 minutes, shaking the basket or turning the wedges halfway through, until they are golden brown, crisp, and fork-tender.
05 - Transfer cooked potato wedges to a serving plate and serve immediately, accompanied by a dipping sauce of your choice or as a side dish.

# Notes:

01 - For optimal crispness, ensure potato wedges are thoroughly dried before seasoning.
02 - Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
03 - Reheat cold wedges in the air fryer at 400°F (204°C) for a few minutes to restore crispiness.
