# Ingredients:

01 - 2 to 3 fresh zucchinis
02 - 1 to 2 tablespoons olive oil or cooking spray
03 - Salt, to taste
04 - Black pepper, to taste
05 - Optional: 2 tablespoons finely grated Parmesan cheese

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 3 to 5 minutes.
02 - Wash and dry the zucchinis thoroughly, then slice them lengthwise into long, thin strips for fries or into rounds for chips.
03 - Evenly sprinkle the zucchini slices with salt and let stand for 10 to 15 minutes. Pat them dry with paper towels to absorb excess moisture.
04 - Toss the zucchini strips with olive oil or lightly spray with cooking spray. Season with black pepper and your chosen spice or coating blend.
05 - Arrange the zucchini in a single, even layer in the air fryer basket. Cook for 10 to 12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the fries are golden and crisp.
06 - Remove the zucchini fries from the air fryer and serve hot alongside your preferred dipping sauce.
