Banana Split Fluff Delight (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 can (20 oz) crushed pineapple in juice, undrained
02 - 1 box (3.4 oz) banana cream instant pudding mix
03 - 1 container (8 oz) whipped topping, thawed
04 - 1 1/2 cups mini marshmallows

→ Fruits & Add-Ins

05 - 2 large ripe bananas, sliced just before mixing
06 - 1 jar (10 oz) maraschino cherries, drained and halved
07 - 1/2 cup chopped mixed nuts
08 - 1/3 cup mini chocolate chips

→ Optional Garnish

09 - Chocolate syrup for drizzling
10 - Extra maraschino cherries
11 - 2 to 3 tablespoons chopped mixed nuts
12 - Crushed graham crackers or cookie crumbs

# Instructions:

01 - In a large mixing bowl, stir together the undrained crushed pineapple and banana cream instant pudding mix until fully combined and starting to thicken.
02 - Gently fold the whipped topping into the pineapple mixture until smooth. Then fold in mini marshmallows evenly for a light, fluffy base.
03 - Carefully stir in mini chocolate chips and chopped nuts. Fold in the halved maraschino cherries without overmixing to prevent color bleeding.
04 - Slice bananas just prior to mixing and gently fold them into the fluff to avoid browning. Optionally, toss banana slices with lemon juice to slow oxidation.
05 - Cover and refrigerate for at least one hour to allow flavors to meld and the mixture to set. Before serving, garnish with extra cherries, nuts, and drizzle with chocolate syrup if desired.
