Spicy Chicken Sliders (Printer-Friendly Version)

# What You'll Need:

→ For the Chicken

01 - 2-3 chicken breasts or chicken tenders
02 - 1 cup panko breadcrumbs (for extra crunch)
03 - 1 egg (for egg wash)
04 - 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
05 - Slider buns
06 - Lettuce, pickles, and other toppings (optional)

→ For the Bang Bang Sauce

07 - 1/4 cup mayonnaise
08 - 2 tbsp sweet chili sauce
09 - 1-2 tbsp sriracha (adjust for spice level)
10 - 1 tbsp rice vinegar

# Let's Cook!:

01 - If using chicken breasts, slice them into smaller pieces to fit the slider buns. Season the chicken with salt and pepper. Dredge each piece of chicken in flour, dip into the beaten egg, and coat with panko breadcrumbs.
02 - Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Fry the breaded chicken pieces for about 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown and crispy. Remove from the skillet and set aside on a paper towel to drain excess oil.
03 - In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, and rice vinegar. Stir until smooth and creamy. Adjust the amount of sriracha depending on your preferred spice level.
04 - Place a small piece of lettuce and a slice of pickle on the bottom of each slider bun. Add a crispy piece of chicken and drizzle generously with the Bang Bang sauce. Top with the other half of the bun and serve immediately!

# Cook's Notes:

01 - Double bread the chicken: For extra crispy chicken, you can double coat it by dipping it back in the egg and breadcrumbs after the first coat.
02 - Adjust the spice level: If you prefer a milder sauce, reduce the amount of sriracha. For a bolder flavor, feel free to add more!
03 - Serve immediately: To maintain the crispy texture, serve the sliders right after assembling.
