# Ingredients:

→ Pasta

01 - 8 oz thin spaghetti or angel hair pasta

→ Seafood

02 - 1 lb medium shrimp, peeled and deveined

→ Seasoning and Oil

03 - 1 tbsp coconut oil (or olive oil)
04 - 2 cloves garlic, minced
05 - 1/2 tsp paprika
06 - 1/4 tsp black pepper
07 - 1 tbsp chopped parsley (fresh or dried)
08 - 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes

→ Sauce

09 - 1/2 cup mayonnaise (or light mayo)
10 - 1/3 cup Thai sweet chili sauce
11 - 1 tbsp lime juice
12 - 1 clove garlic, minced

# Instructions:

01 - In a bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, Thai sweet chili sauce, half of the minced garlic, lime juice, and red pepper flakes until smooth.
02 - Boil salted water and cook pasta according to package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
03 - In a separate bowl, combine shrimp with remaining minced garlic, paprika, and black pepper to coat evenly.
04 - Heat coconut oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add seasoned shrimp and cook for 6–8 minutes, stirring frequently until pink and opaque. Avoid overcooking.
05 - In a large serving bowl, combine the cooked pasta, hot shrimp, and prepared sauce. Toss thoroughly to evenly coat the pasta.
06 - Sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve immediately. Optional garnishes include green onions, lime wedges, or sesame seeds.

# Notes:

01 - Adjust red pepper flakes to modulate the dish’s spiciness. Using light mayonnaise lowers calorie content. Ensure shrimp is cooked just until opaque for optimal tenderness.
