In a large bowl, combine shredded chicken with barbecue sauce and mix until evenly coated.

Place one tortilla in a clean skillet over low-medium heat and allow to warm slightly for pliability.

Sprinkle a portion of cheddar cheese over one half of the tortilla, followed by a layer of the barbecue chicken mixture, then an additional layer of cheese.

Fold the tortilla over the filling and cook for 1–2 minutes per side until golden brown spots appear and cheese is melted. Flip once during cooking. Repeat with remaining tortillas and filling.
