01 - 5 large eggs
02 - 1 can (8 oz) Pillsbury refrigerated crescent rolls
03 - 8 sausage links
04 - 4 slices Cheddar cheese, halved
05 - Salt and pepper to taste

# Let's Cook!:

01 - Preheat oven to 350°F. Beat eggs, reserve 2 tablespoons for brushing
02 - Scramble remaining eggs until just set. Season with salt and pepper
03 - Separate crescent dough into triangles. Layer with cheese, eggs, and sausage. Roll up from wide end
04 - Brush with reserved egg, season. Bake 15-18 minutes until golden brown
