Coat the bottom and sides of a cast iron pan with oil. Stretch the pizza dough to cover the bottom of the pan, using your fingers to create dimples

Distribute mozzarella cheese evenly over the dough, extending to the edges. Spoon sauce over the cheese, spreading it to the edges. Add your favorite toppings

Bake on the bottom rack for 18-20 minutes, until crust is golden brown and cheese is melted. For a more browned top, move to top rack for an additional 2-3 minutes

Remove pan and place on a wire rack briefly. Loosen edges with a knife, then transfer pizza to a cutting board with a spatula. Serve hot
