02 - 1 pound chicken breast, cubed
03 - 1½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
04 - 6 strips bacon, cooked and crumbled
05 - 15 ounces Alfredo sauce

→ Seasonings and Oils

06 - Olive oil as needed
07 - ½ teaspoon salt
08 - ½ teaspoon black pepper
09 - 1 teaspoon paprika
10 - 1 teaspoon onion powder
11 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
12 - 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
13 - 2 tablespoons butter
14 - ½ teaspoon dried parsley
15 - Additional ½ teaspoon garlic powder for butter mixture

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 400°F. Arrange bacon strips on a parchment-lined sheet pan and bake for 20-25 minutes until crispy. Remove and crumble.
02 - Cut chicken breast into small, bite-sized cubes.
03 - Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken and season with salt, pepper, paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning. Cook, stirring occasionally, until chicken is no longer pink and reaches 165°F internal temperature.
04 - Slice sweet rolls in half horizontally. Layer shredded mozzarella cheese on the bottom halves, followed by cooked chicken, a drizzle of Alfredo sauce, more mozzarella, and crumbled bacon. Top with the roll tops.
05 - Melt butter and stir in garlic powder and dried parsley. Brush the mixture over the slider tops. Bake assembled sliders at 350°F for 10-15 minutes until heated through and cheese melts. Serve with warm Alfredo sauce on the side.
