Preheat the oven to 175°C (350°F). Place 15–30 ml butter in a small 15x23 cm baking pan, then put it in the oven to melt while preheating.

Open the biscuit can and cut each biscuit into quarters. Combine ground cinnamon and both sugars in a bowl or resealable bag. Toss the biscuit pieces in the cinnamon-sugar mixture until fully coated.

Remove the pan with melted butter from the oven. Evenly spread the coated biscuit pieces in the buttered pan. Bake for 15 minutes until golden brown and puffed.

While baking, whisk powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla extract until smooth. Adjust thickness by adding more sugar or milk as needed.

Allow the biscuit bites to cool for 2 minutes after baking. Drizzle with icing while warm. Serve immediately.
