Cinnamon Sugar Biscuit Bites (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Biscuit Bites

01 - 1 small roll canned biscuits (6–8 biscuits)
02 - 30 ml granulated sugar (mixed half white, half brown)
03 - 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
04 - 15–30 ml unsalted or salted butter

→ Icing

05 - 30 ml powdered sugar
06 - 5–10 ml milk
07 - ⅛ teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat the oven to 175°C (350°F). Place 15–30 ml butter in a small 15x23 cm baking pan, then put it in the oven to melt while preheating.
02 - Open the biscuit can and cut each biscuit into quarters. Combine ground cinnamon and both sugars in a bowl or resealable bag. Toss the biscuit pieces in the cinnamon-sugar mixture until fully coated.
03 - Remove the pan with melted butter from the oven. Evenly spread the coated biscuit pieces in the buttered pan. Bake for 15 minutes until golden brown and puffed.
04 - While baking, whisk powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla extract until smooth. Adjust thickness by adding more sugar or milk as needed.
05 - Allow the biscuit bites to cool for 2 minutes after baking. Drizzle with icing while warm. Serve immediately.
