# Ingredients:

01 - 2 cups all-purpose flour
02 - 1 tablespoon baking powder
03 - 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
04 - 1 tablespoon garlic powder
05 - 1 teaspoon salt
06 - 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
07 - 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
08 - 1/2 cup buttermilk
09 - 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
10 - 1 egg
11 - 1 cup lump crab meat, picked for shells
12 - 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
13 - 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
14 - 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
15 - 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
16 - 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
17 - 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
18 - 1 teaspoon lemon zest

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - In a large bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
03 - Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese until well combined.
04 - In a separate bowl, whisk together buttermilk, melted butter, and egg.
05 - Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients, mixing until just combined.
06 - In another bowl, combine lump crab meat, green onions, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, and Worcestershire sauce. Gently mix until incorporated.
07 - Using a biscuit cutter or your hands, form the cheddar biscuit dough into rounds about 1-2 inches thick.
08 - Make an indentation in each biscuit round and spoon the crab mixture into the center. Fold the dough over the filling to encase it and reshape as needed.
09 - Place the stuffed biscuits onto the prepared baking sheet. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
10 - While the biscuits bake, mix melted butter, lemon juice, and lemon zest in a small bowl.
11 - Once biscuits are done baking, remove them from the oven, and brush them generously with the lemon butter.
