# Ingredients:

→ Dough

01 - 16 slices white bread, crusts removed

→ Cheese Mixture

02 - 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
03 - 3/4 cup powdered sugar

→ Coating

04 - 3/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
05 - 1 cup granulated sugar
06 - 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon

# Instructions:

01 - In a mixing bowl, beat softened cream cheese together with powdered sugar until smooth and creamy.
02 - In a separate bowl, blend granulated sugar with ground cinnamon until evenly combined.
03 - Pour melted butter into a third bowl for dipping.
04 - Using a rolling pin, flatten each slice of bread after removing the crusts. Evenly spread a layer of cream cheese mixture on one side of each flattened slice.
05 - Roll each slice up tightly. Dip each roll first into the melted butter, then coat thoroughly in the cinnamon-sugar mixture.
06 - Arrange the coated rolls on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 20 minutes, or until golden and crisp.
