Creamy Cilantro Yogurt Sauce (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 cups fresh cilantro leaves and tender stems (from approximately 1 small bunch)
02 - 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
03 - 1/2 cup sour cream (or substitute with additional Greek yogurt)
04 - 3 cloves garlic, peeled
05 - 1/4 cup freshly squeezed lime or lemon juice
06 - 1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
07 - 1 jalapeño, seeds removed (optional)
08 - 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin (optional)
09 - Salt, to taste
10 - Freshly ground black pepper, to taste

# Instructions:

01 - Add cilantro, Greek yogurt, sour cream, garlic, lime or lemon juice, olive oil, jalapeño (if using), and ground cumin (if using) to a food processor.
02 - Season mixture with salt and freshly ground black pepper. Blend until smooth and creamy.
03 - Taste and adjust salt and pepper as needed for balance.
04 - Pour sauce into a dressing bottle or airtight container. Refrigerate for up to one week.
