Coffee Milkshake with Cocoa (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Base

01 - 1 tablespoon (5 g) unsweetened cocoa powder
02 - 1 teaspoon to 1 tablespoon instant coffee or espresso powder (optional, adjust to taste)
03 - 1 1/2 cups vanilla ice cream (approximately 3 scoops, slightly softened)
04 - 1/2 to 3/4 cup whole milk or chilled brewed coffee

→ Toppings (optional)

05 - Whipped cream
06 - Fudge sauce
07 - Chocolate shavings

# Instructions:

01 - Add cocoa powder and instant coffee or espresso powder (if using) to the blender. Add vanilla ice cream and pour in the milk or chilled coffee.
02 - Blend until the mixture is completely smooth and pourable, scraping down the sides if necessary.
03 - Pour the milkshake into a chilled glass. If desired, drizzle fudge sauce along the interior of the glass before filling.
04 - Top with whipped cream and garnish with chocolate shavings. Serve immediately.

# Notes:

01 - For a more pronounced coffee flavor, use a full tablespoon of instant coffee or espresso powder. Substitute chilled brewed coffee for milk if a dairy-free version is preferred.
02 - Adjust the amount of milk or coffee to reach your desired thickness; use less liquid for a thicker shake.
