Curry Mayo Creamy Spread (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Sauce Base

01 - 120 ml mayonnaise

→ Seasoning Blend

02 - 2.5 teaspoons madras curry powder
03 - 1 small clove garlic, crushed
04 - 2 teaspoons honey
05 - 1 teaspoon lemon juice

# Instructions:

01 - Place mayonnaise, madras curry powder, crushed garlic, honey, and lemon juice in a small bowl.
02 - Stir the mixture with a spoon or small whisk until fully combined and smooth.
03 - For best flavor, cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.

# Notes:

01 - Allowing the sauce to rest for half an hour deepens the flavors.
02 - To make a vegan version, substitute vegan mayonnaise and agave syrup for honey.
