Light Mango Cream Mousse (Printer-Friendly Version)

# What You'll Need:

→ Mousse Base

01 - 2 ripe mangoes, peeled and diced
02 - 1 cup heavy cream
03 - 1/4 cup powdered sugar
04 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
05 - 1 tablespoon lemon juice
06 - 1/2 teaspoon gelatin (optional)

→ Garnish

07 - Fresh mint leaves (optional)

# Let's Cook!:

01 - Blend diced mangoes until smooth. Optionally strain to remove fibers.
02 - Whip heavy cream with powdered sugar and vanilla until soft peaks form.
03 - Fold mango puree into whipped cream. If using gelatin, dissolve in lemon juice and stir in.
04 - Spoon into serving cups and refrigerate at least 2 hours until set.
05 - Garnish with fresh mint leaves if desired before serving.
