Light Mango Cream Mousse

# What You'll Need:
→ Mousse Base

2 ripe mangoes, peeled and diced

1 cup heavy cream

1/4 cup powdered sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 tablespoon lemon juice

1/2 teaspoon gelatin (optional)
→ Garnish

Fresh mint leaves (optional)
# Let's Cook!:

Blend diced mangoes until smooth. Optionally strain to remove fibers.

Whip heavy cream with powdered sugar and vanilla until soft peaks form.

Fold mango puree into whipped cream. If using gelatin, dissolve in lemon juice and stir in.

Spoon into serving cups and refrigerate at least 2 hours until set.

Garnish with fresh mint leaves if desired before serving.
