Crock Pot Meatballs Gravy (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Meatballs

01 - 26 ounces frozen beef and pork meatballs

→ Liquids

02 - 10.5 ounces French onion soup
03 - 14.5 ounces beef broth
04 - 120 milliliters heavy cream

→ Vegetables

05 - 1 cup sliced onion

→ Gravy Mix

06 - 2 packets (each 24.6 grams) brown gravy mix

# Instructions:

01 - Spray the interior of the crock pot with non-stick cooking spray to prevent sticking.
02 - Place frozen meatballs evenly in the crock pot, then add the sliced onions on top.
03 - In a mixing bowl, combine French onion soup, beef broth, and brown gravy mix packets. Whisk thoroughly until the mixture is smooth.
04 - Pour the gravy mixture over the meatballs and onions. Stir gently using a large spoon to evenly coat all ingredients. Cover and cook on low heat for five and a half hours.
05 - After five and a half hours, add heavy cream to the pot. Stir to incorporate, cover, and continue cooking for an additional thirty minutes.
06 - Serve warm, ideally over mashed potatoes or noodles, and enjoy.

# Notes:

01 - Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to four days. This dish freezes well for up to three months. Reheat on the stovetop or in the microwave before serving.
