Place frozen meatballs evenly in the crock pot, then add the sliced onions on top.

In a mixing bowl, combine French onion soup, beef broth, and brown gravy mix packets. Whisk thoroughly until the mixture is smooth.

Pour the gravy mixture over the meatballs and onions. Stir gently using a large spoon to evenly coat all ingredients. Cover and cook on low heat for five and a half hours.

After five and a half hours, add heavy cream to the pot. Stir to incorporate, cover, and continue cooking for an additional thirty minutes.
