# Ingredients:

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 350°F (177°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or grease lightly.
02 - In a large mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar, and eggs. Stir thoroughly until the mixture is smooth and free from lumps.
03 - Add almond flour, baking powder, salt, heavy cream, and 1 tablespoon melted butter to the bowl. Mix gently just until incorporated.
04 - Gently fold in chopped ham, avoiding overmixing to maintain biscuit tenderness.
05 - Place the dough in the refrigerator and chill for 10–15 minutes to firm up.
06 - Using a small cookie or ice cream scoop, portion dough onto the prepared baking sheet, yielding approximately 22 biscuits. Lightly press each biscuit to slightly flatten.
07 - Transfer to oven and bake for 13–15 minutes or until biscuits are puffed and golden brown.
08 - Remove from oven and immediately brush tops with 1 tablespoon melted butter. Allow to cool briefly before serving.
