Cheesy Pizza Poppers (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ For the Poppers

01 - 1 package refrigerated pizza dough (or homemade)
02 - ½ cup pizza sauce
03 - 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
04 - ¼ cup mini pepperoni (or diced regular pepperoni)

→ For Seasoning

05 - ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
06 - ¼ teaspoon Italian seasoning
07 - 2 tablespoons butter, melted
08 - 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
09 - 1 tablespoon fresh basil or parsley, chopped (optional)

→ For Serving

10 - Extra pizza sauce for dipping (optional)

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it
02 - Roll out pizza dough on a lightly floured surface and cut into 24 equal squares
03 - Place a small spoonful of pizza sauce in center of each dough square. Add mozzarella cheese and pepperoni
04 - Carefully bring dough edges together and pinch to seal, forming a ball. Make sure seams are well-sealed
05 - Place sealed poppers seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet
06 - Brush tops with melted butter and sprinkle with garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and Parmesan cheese
07 - Bake for 10-12 minutes until golden brown and crispy
08 - Let cool for a few minutes, garnish with herbs if desired, and serve warm with extra pizza sauce
