Garlic Bread Grilled Cheese (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Garlic Butter

01 - 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened
02 - 1/2 tablespoon garlic powder
03 - 1/2 teaspoon dried parsley

→ Sandwich Assembly

04 - 4 slices sandwich bread
05 - 1 cup shredded mozzarella and cheddar cheese blend

# Instructions:

01 - In a small mixing bowl, blend softened butter with garlic powder and dried parsley until completely combined.
02 - Spread the garlic butter mixture evenly onto one side of each bread slice.
03 - Place two slices of bread buttered-side down. Evenly distribute the cheese blend over these slices. Cover each with the remaining bread, buttered-side up, to create two sandwiches.
04 - Heat a large sauté pan over low heat. Carefully place the sandwiches into the pan and cook for 4-5 minutes until the bottoms are golden and crisp.
05 - Use a spatula to turn the sandwiches. Continue cooking for another 4-5 minutes, until the opposite side is golden brown and cheese is melted throughout.
06 - Remove from pan and serve immediately while hot and the cheese remains gooey.

# Notes:

01 - Maintain low heat while cooking to prevent the bread from burning before the cheese achieves a fully melted consistency.
02 - Allow butter to soften before mixing for smooth, even spreading.
03 - Pair with tomato soup for a classic comfort meal.
