Open the can of Pillsbury biscuits and separate the individual biscuits. Flatten each biscuit into a small circle using your hands or a rolling pin.

Place a small amount of shredded mozzarella and cheddar cheese in the center of each biscuit.

Carefully fold the edges of each biscuit up around the cheese, sealing the edges tightly to form a ball.

Place each stuffed biscuit seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.

In a small bowl, melt the butter in the microwave or on the stove. Stir in garlic powder, parsley, salt, and pepper until well combined.

Brush each cheese bomb with the garlic butter mixture, making sure they are fully coated.

Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the cheese bombs are golden brown and cooked through.
