Cheesy Garlic Biscuit Bombs (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ For the Cheese Bombs

01 - 1 can (8 count) Pillsbury refrigerated biscuits
02 - ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
03 - ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
04 - 2 tablespoons butter, melted
05 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
06 - ½ teaspoon onion powder
07 - ½ teaspoon dried parsley
08 - ¼ teaspoon salt
09 - ¼ teaspoon black pepper

→ For the Garlic Butter Topping

10 - 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
11 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
12 - 1 teaspoon dried parsley
13 - ¼ teaspoon salt

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
02 - Open the can of Pillsbury biscuits and separate the individual biscuits. Flatten each biscuit into a small circle using your hands or a rolling pin.
03 - Place a small amount of shredded mozzarella and cheddar cheese in the center of each biscuit.
04 - Carefully fold the edges of each biscuit up around the cheese, sealing the edges tightly to form a ball.
05 - Place each stuffed biscuit seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
06 - In a small bowl, melt the butter in the microwave or on the stove. Stir in garlic powder, parsley, salt, and pepper until well combined.
07 - Brush each cheese bomb with the garlic butter mixture, making sure they are fully coated.
08 - Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the cheese bombs are golden brown and cooked through.
09 - Let the cheese bombs cool for a couple of minutes, then serve warm and enjoy!

01 - For extra flavor, add some chopped herbs or bacon bits to the cheese filling
02 - These are best served warm while the cheese is still gooey
