One-Pan Chicken and Potatoes (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
02 - 1.5 lbs baby potatoes, halved
03 - 1/4 cup olive oil
04 - 5 cloves garlic, minced
05 - 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
06 - 1 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning
07 - 1 teaspoon paprika
08 - 1/2 teaspoon salt
09 - 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

→ For Garnish

10 - Fresh parsley, chopped
11 - Extra Parmesan cheese

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - Place chicken breasts on one side of the baking sheet and halved baby potatoes on the other side.
03 - In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, minced garlic, Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, paprika, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
04 - Drizzle half the mixture over the chicken and the remaining half over the potatoes. Toss the potatoes to ensure they're evenly coated.
05 - Bake for 30-35 minutes, until chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C) and potatoes are golden brown and tender.
06 - Garnish with freshly chopped parsley and extra Parmesan cheese before serving.

01 - For crispier potatoes, broil for 2-3 minutes after baking
02 - Can substitute baby potatoes with sweet potatoes or Yukon Gold
03 - Add vegetables like onions or spinach for extra nutrition
