Soft Garlic Butter Rolls (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Dough

01 - 2 cups warm milk (110°F)
02 - 2 tablespoons sugar
03 - 2 ¼ teaspoons active dry yeast (1 packet)
04 - ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
05 - 2 large eggs
06 - 1 teaspoon salt
07 - 4-5 cups all-purpose flour

→ Garlic Filling

08 - ½ cup unsalted butter, softened
09 - 4 cloves garlic, minced
10 - ¼ cup fresh parsley, chopped
11 - Salt and pepper to taste

# Instructions:

01 - Mix warm milk and sugar in large bowl. Sprinkle yeast on top and let sit 5-10 minutes until frothy.
02 - Add melted butter, eggs, and salt. Gradually mix in flour until soft dough forms. Knead 5-7 minutes until smooth.
03 - Place dough in greased bowl, cover, and let rise 1-1.5 hours until doubled.
04 - Combine softened butter, minced garlic, chopped parsley, salt, and pepper in small bowl.
05 - Roll dough into 12x18 inch rectangle. Spread with garlic butter mixture. Roll from long edge and slice into 12 pieces.
06 - Place rolls cut-side up in greased baking dish. Cover and let rise 30-45 minutes until puffy.
07 - Bake at 350°F for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.

01 - Can add grated cheese to filling for extra flavor
02 - Best served warm
03 - Stores up to two days at room temperature
