Add melted butter, eggs, and salt. Gradually mix in flour until soft dough forms. Knead 5-7 minutes until smooth.

Place dough in greased bowl, cover, and let rise 1-1.5 hours until doubled.

Combine softened butter, minced garlic, chopped parsley, salt, and pepper in small bowl.

Roll dough into 12x18 inch rectangle. Spread with garlic butter mixture. Roll from long edge and slice into 12 pieces.

Place rolls cut-side up in greased baking dish. Cover and let rise 30-45 minutes until puffy.
