# Instructions:

01 - Combine sirloin pieces with mirin, garlic, ginger paste, 1 teaspoon sesame oil, white pepper, and kosher salt in a large bowl or resealable bag. Toss thoroughly to coat. Set aside for at least 30 minutes to marinate.
02 - Heat 2 tablespoons butter and 1 tablespoon sesame oil in a wok or large skillet over medium heat. Add carrots, zucchini, and mushrooms. Cook, tossing frequently, until vegetables are tender and golden brown, approximately 10 to 15 minutes. Season with garlic powder, salt, and pepper to taste. Transfer vegetables to a clean plate and set aside. Wipe pan clean if necessary.
03 - Add remaining 2 tablespoons butter and 1 tablespoon sesame oil to the pan and heat over medium-high. Add marinated steak pieces and cook, tossing often, until well seared but not overcooked, about 3 to 4 minutes. Remove from heat and drizzle teriyaki or Japanese BBQ sauce over steak. Toss to coat evenly.
04 - Divide cooked steak and sautéed vegetables evenly among shallow bowls. Add fried rice to each bowl and finish with a drizzle of Yum Yum sauce or serve the sauce on the side.

# Notes:

01 - Use store-bought fried rice to save preparation time or substitute with homemade rice as preferred.
02 - Yum Yum sauce is available in the international aisle of many grocery stores or online.
