# What You'll Need:

→ Base

01 - 1 pound pizza dough (homemade or store-bought)
02 - 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
03 - 2 tablespoons melted butter, optional

→ Filling

04 - 8 oz cream cheese, softened
05 - 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
06 - 2-3 jalapeños, finely diced
07 - 4 slices bacon, cooked crisp and crumbled
08 - Salt and pepper to taste

# Let's Cook!:

01 - Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - Combine softened cream cheese, cheddar cheese, diced jalapeños, and crumbled bacon in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper.
03 - Divide dough into 12 portions. Flatten each, add filling, and seal edges. Place seam-side down on baking sheet.
