Juicy Tart Paloma Mocktails (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 oz freshly squeezed grapefruit juice
02 - 1 oz freshly squeezed lime juice
03 - 0.5 oz maple syrup or preferred sweetener
04 - 0.25 tsp apple cider vinegar or non-alcoholic tequila
05 - Pinch of sea salt
06 - 4 oz plain or grapefruit soda (optional)
07 - Salt or Tajin for glass rim (optional)

# Instructions:

01 - Place salt or Tajin on a small plate. Rub a lime or grapefruit wedge along the rim of the glass, then press the moistened rim into the salt or Tajin to coat lightly.
02 - Add grapefruit juice, lime juice, maple syrup, apple cider vinegar, and a pinch of sea salt to a cocktail shaker or jar with a tight-fitting lid.
03 - Add 3 to 4 ice cubes. Seal the shaker and shake vigorously for 15 to 20 seconds until well chilled.
04 - Strain into a tumbler filled with fresh ice. Top with plain or grapefruit soda if desired. Garnish and serve directly.

# Notes:

01 - Maple syrup gives the best balance, but simple syrup, honey syrup, Stevia, or monkfruit sweetener can be substituted as preferred.
02 - Apple cider vinegar brings subtle acidity; non-alcoholic tequila adds traditional depth.
03 - Soda options include sparkling water, plain club soda, or grapefruit soda for a refreshing fizz.
