Loaded Tater Tot Skewers (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 48 frozen tater tots
02 - 120 ml cheddar cheese, grated
03 - 60 ml beef bacon bits
04 - 1–2 green onions, chopped
05 - sour cream, for serving

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 218°C (425°F). Arrange tater tots in a single layer on a baking sheet and bake for 28 minutes, flipping once halfway through.
02 - Remove the tater tots from the oven and allow to cool for a few minutes until they are comfortable to handle. Thread 4 to 6 tater tots onto each skewer.
03 - Place skewers on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Evenly sprinkle grated cheddar cheese, beef bacon bits, and half of the chopped green onions over the skewered tater tots.
04 - Return the baking sheet to the oven and bake for an additional 5 to 7 minutes or until the cheese melts thoroughly.
05 - Remove skewers from the oven and garnish with the remaining green onions. Serve immediately with sour cream on the side.
