# Ingredients:

07 - 1/4 tsp (1 g) baking powder

→ Cinnamon-Sugar Coating

08 - 1/2 cup (100 g) granulated sugar
09 - 1 tbsp (8 g) ground cinnamon

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line baking sheets with parchment paper.
02 - Beat softened butter and powdered sugar together until light, fluffy, and creamy.
03 - Incorporate vanilla or almond extract into the butter mixture.
04 - Whisk together flour, ground cinnamon, salt, and baking powder in a separate bowl.
05 - Add dry ingredients to the butter mixture and mix until a soft dough forms.
06 - Roll dough into small balls or shape into round cutouts, then place on prepared baking sheets.
07 - Bake for 12 to 15 minutes or until bottoms are lightly golden.
08 - While still warm, gently toss cookies in the cinnamon-sugar mixture to fully coat.
09 - Allow cookies to cool completely before serving.
