Iced Honeydew Mint Tea (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - Ice cubes, toss in when serving
02 - 4–6 tablespoons sugar, scoop in as much as you like
03 - 120 ml fresh mint leaves, a bit more for topping
04 - 2 cups juicy honeydew, chopped up
05 - 4 green tea bags
06 - 1 litre of water

# Instructions:

01 - Pop some ice cubes into your glasses and pour in that honeydew mint tea. Chuck a few extra mint leaves on top if you want to make it look fancy.
02 - Once the tea cools off, grab a big pitcher. Tip in the tea and the honeydew-mint puree. Give it a good stir so everything's mixed.
03 - While your tea's still warm, sprinkle in your sugar. Just add enough for your taste, and make sure it melts right in.
04 - Grab your blender and toss in the honeydew and mint leaves. Whiz it up until it's smooth and super green.
05 - Heat up the water until it's just about boiling. Pour it over the green tea bags in something that won't melt. Let it steep for a few minutes (however strong you like it), then take out the bags and let it sit until it's not hot anymore.

# Notes:

01 - To keep the flavors bright, blend the honeydew and mint just before mixing—that way, the melon and mint stay super fresh.
