01 - 1 package instant vanilla pudding mix (approximately 3.4 ounces)
02 - 1 can (20 ounces) crushed pineapple with juice

03 - 1 container (8 ounces) whipped topping (Cool Whip)
04 - 2 cups mini marshmallows
05 - 1 cup shredded coconut, sweetened or unsweetened
06 - 1 cup chopped pecans

# Instructions:

01 - In a large mixing bowl, stir together the instant vanilla pudding mix and crushed pineapple, including all the juice, until the pudding mix is fully dissolved and the mixture is smooth.
02 - Gently fold in the whipped topping to preserve the light and airy texture of the mixture.
03 - Fold in the mini marshmallows, shredded coconut, and chopped pecans until the ingredients are evenly distributed throughout the mixture.
04 - Cover the bowl and refrigerate for a minimum of 2 hours and up to 4 hours to allow the flavors to meld and the fluff to firm up.
05 - Before serving, optionally garnish with extra crushed pineapple, chopped pecans, mini marshmallows, and a light sprinkle of shredded coconut to enhance presentation.
