01 - 1 package refrigerated pizza dough (or homemade)
02 - ½ cup pizza sauce
03 - 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
04 - ¼ cup mini pepperoni (or diced regular pepperoni)
05 - ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
06 - ¼ teaspoon Italian seasoning
07 - 2 tablespoons butter, melted
08 - 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
09 - 1 tablespoon fresh basil or parsley, chopped (optional)

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it
02 - Roll out the pizza dough on a lightly floured surface and cut it into 24 equal squares
03 - Place a small spoonful of pizza sauce in the center of each dough square. Add a sprinkle of mozzarella cheese and a few pieces of pepperoni
04 - Carefully bring the edges of the dough together and pinch to seal, forming a small ball. Ensure the seams are well-sealed to prevent leaks
05 - Place the sealed poppers seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet
06 - Brush the tops with melted butter and sprinkle with garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and Parmesan cheese
07 - Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown and crispy
08 - Let them cool for a few minutes, then sprinkle with fresh basil or parsley if desired
09 - Enjoy warm with extra pizza sauce for dipping
