# Ingredients:

→ Base

01 - 1 sleeve Ritz crackers (30–32 crackers)

→ Caramel Layer

02 - 25–30 soft caramel candies, unwrapped
03 - 2 tablespoons heavy cream

→ Chocolate Topping

04 - 1½ cups milk chocolate chips

→ Garnish

05 - ½ cup salted peanuts, finely chopped

# Instructions:

01 - Combine caramel candies and heavy cream in a microwave-safe bowl. Heat in 20–30 second bursts, stirring between intervals until smooth and pourable.
02 - Arrange half the Ritz crackers on parchment paper. Spoon about 1 teaspoon of warm caramel onto each cracker, top with another cracker, and press gently to form stacks.
03 - Microwave milk chocolate chips in 30-second increments, stirring until silky and smooth.
04 - Drizzle melted chocolate over each cracker stack, allowing some to drip down the sides for an even coating.
05 - Immediately sprinkle chopped salted peanuts atop the chocolate, pressing lightly to ensure adherence.
06 - Allow stacks to set at room temperature for approximately 30 minutes or refrigerate for 15–20 minutes until firm.
