# Ingredients:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - 1 package (about 25 oz) of cheese-filled ravioli (frozen or fresh)
02 - 1 lb Italian sausage (spicy or mild, your choice)
03 - 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
04 - 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
05 - 2 cups heavy cream
06 - 4 cloves garlic, minced
07 - 1/2 cup butter
08 - 1 tsp Italian seasoning
09 - Salt and pepper to taste
10 - Fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
02 - In a large skillet, cook the Italian sausage over medium heat until browned, breaking it apart as it cooks. Drain any excess fat.
03 - In the same skillet, add butter and garlic. Sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant. Add heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, and Italian seasoning to the skillet. Stir until the sauce thickens and becomes creamy. Season with salt and pepper.
04 - In a large baking dish, spread a thin layer of the Alfredo sauce on the bottom. Layer half of the ravioli on top of the sauce.
05 - Spread half of the sausage mixture over the ravioli, followed by a layer of shredded mozzarella cheese.
06 - Repeat the layering process with the remaining ravioli, sausage mixture, and mozzarella cheese.
07 - Cover the dish with foil and bake for 20 minutes.
08 - Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes, or until the cheese is golden and bubbly.
09 - Let it cool for a few minutes before serving. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired.

# Notes:

01 - You can substitute the spicy sausage with mild sausage if preferred
02 - For extra richness, use half-and-half instead of heavy cream
03 - This dish can be made ahead and stored in the refrigerator for up to 2 days before baking
