# Ingredients:

→ Pizza Base

01 - 2 packages crescent rolls

→ Sausage Gravy

02 - 1 package cooked sausage crumbles (Jimmy Dean recommended)
03 - 1 envelope country gravy mix

→ Scrambled Eggs

04 - 6 large eggs
05 - 2 tablespoons milk
06 - ½ teaspoon salt
07 - ¼ teaspoon black pepper
08 - 1 tablespoon butter

→ Cheese Topping

09 - 8 ounces shredded cheddar cheese
10 - 4 ounces shredded pepper jack cheese

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 190°C (375°F) and grease a round pizza pan. Arrange crescent roll triangles in a circle, pressing seams to seal and create a crust. Bake 11 to 13 minutes until golden brown.
02 - Prepare country gravy mix according to package instructions. Stir in cooked sausage crumbles and keep warm.
03 - Whisk eggs, milk, salt, and pepper until combined. Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat. Cook eggs, stirring gently, until mostly set but still slightly creamy.
04 - Spread the sausage gravy evenly over the baked crust. Distribute scrambled eggs over the gravy and sprinkle shredded cheddar and pepper jack cheeses evenly on top.
05 - Bake assembled pizza at 190°C (375°F) for 5 to 10 minutes until cheese is melted, bubbly, and eggs are fully set. Allow to rest briefly before slicing and serving.
