# Ingredients:

→ Potatoes

01 - 2 pounds baby potatoes or Yukon Gold potatoes

→ Seasoning

02 - 1 packet Lipton onion soup mix
03 - Salt to taste
04 - Black pepper to taste

→ Liquids

05 - 1 cup beef or chicken broth

→ Fat

06 - 1/4 cup unsalted butter, cut into small pieces

→ Garnish

07 - Fresh parsley, optional

# Instructions:

01 - Wash the potatoes thoroughly; peel if preferred.
02 - Place the potatoes in the slow cooker, then evenly sprinkle the Lipton onion soup mix over them.
03 - Pour the broth over the potatoes and dot with small pieces of unsalted butter.
04 - Season with salt and black pepper, cover the slow cooker, and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours or on high for 3 to 4 hours.
05 - Check the potatoes for tenderness, garnish with fresh parsley if desired, and serve warm.
